Ryoko

I was thinking back to the old days of Toonami and remembering how much I loved coming home to this after school. If anything, Ryoko was my 2nd favorite character on Tenchi Muyo. I actually got this concept from the Villaintines Day promo when she was watching over the destruction of planet Jurai. So I did this!
